U.S. Army Spectrum Management Office (ASMO)  – Arlington, VA  
06/00 - Present      ATEC provides  high-level engineering support to the DoD's twenty-first century Future Combat System for the development of new networking concepts through equipment design and frequency assignment.  To this end, ATEC provides support to the ASMO for the Spectrum Certification program.  ATEC personnel collect the necessary information from Army commands to complete the  forms (DD Form 1494) for spectrum dependent equipment.  ATEC works with ASMO officials to analyze completed forms to determine spectrum usage and access issues.  ATEC provides technical reports to the director for briefings to higher authorities as required.
