Defense Message System (DMS) Center Operations Support - Washington, DC
08/02 -07/04     ATEC provided Communication Support for Naval Telecommunication Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) Honolulu, Hawaii.  In support of NCTAMS PAC, ATEC was tasked to:

  • Identify and document priorities, performance and solutions for programmatic and technical issues

  • Test and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations

  • Test, renovate and/or implement/deploy solutions

  • Conduct, prepare and document evaluations and certifications

  • Coordinate an/or support the transition/implementation/deployment of work products, solutions and their attendant infrastructure to operational maintenance elements

  • Provide technical support as required following operational implementation/deployment

  • Provide help desk support

  • Assist in the structuring of business and technology practices for easy detection, management and correction of unauthorized access to information
